Kids: The Art of Pasta

In this class kids will have the chance to get their hands covered in dough as they learn to master Tagliatelle and linguine. They will also learn to create versatile pasta sauces, using local and fresh produce. 

 All our classes use as much locally sourced ingredients as possible and there is an emphasis on educating children on the importance of using fresh produce and learning how to cook dishes from scratch.  The food created will be offered to the children for lunch, so they will come home with new pasta skills and a full stomach.

Timings

10am - Welcome and introductions

10.10am - Run through of recipes

10.20am - Get in the kitchen

1.00pm - Plating up and garnishing

1.15pm - Lunch is served

1.35pm - Chat about lessons covered

2pm - Pick up and goodbyes

We will send you a detailed email a week before the class to ensure you know exactly what to expect. Everything is provided including aprons, ingredients and recipes.  Please let us know if your children have any dietary requirements in advance.
