About the week

In this class you will learn how to make 3 types of pasta and traditional Italian sauces, from scratch.

- Two types of pasta, tortellini and ravioli

- Traditional Italian pork and butternut stuffing

- Versatile Italian tomato and basil sauce

Timings for the class:

10.00am – Welcome drinks and introduction

10.10am – Run through of recipes and cooking techniques

10.30am – Start cooking

13.00pm – Garnishing and plating

13.10pm – Lunch is served

14.00pm – Goodbyes

Everything you need will be provided for including aprons, cookery equipment, recipes and ingredients. Please let us know prior to booking if you have an allergy or dietary requirement as this class may not be suitable.
