About the event

This course is perfect for students preparing to leave home and fend for themselves. All our classes use as much locally sourced ingredients as possible and there is an emphasis on educating teens on the importance of using fresh produce and learning how to cook dishes from scratch whilst on a student budget. The food created each day will be offered for lunch, so they will come home with new skills and a full stomach.

Suitable for 16+ years.

Please note that the Wednesday will be a technical baking afternoon from 1pm - 4pm.
