Malaysian Curries

In this class you will gain the confidence to create perfect delicious Malaysian curries as your learn to balance Indonsesian flavours.  Traditional sides make an interesting  and easily encorporated addition to your cookery repetoire at home. 

 

The Yarrow Cookery georgian farmhouse is the perfect venue day in the countryside. The local woodlands and stunning East Lothian beaches make for a perfect oppertinuty for a post meal stroll. Our small class sizes allow each participant to develop lots of new skills in a short period of time whilst getting to know the other students in the kitchen.

We will send you a detailed email a week before the class to ensure you know exactly what to  expect. Everything is proding including aprons, recipes and ingrediants. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements as we can easily accommodate.
