About the week
In this class you will gain the confidence to create perfect delicious Indian curries as you learn to balance flavour and work with spices. Discover how to make your favourite sides including naan bread, onion bhajis and jasmine rice, taking your homecooked curries to the next level.
Timings for the class:
10.00am – Welcome drinks and introduction
10.10am – Run through of recipes and cooking techniques
10.30am – Start cooking
13.00pm – Garnishing and plating
13.10pm – Lunch is served
14.00pm – Goodbyes
