Whether you’re a complete beginner or simply want to refresh your skills, this immersive workshop will give you the confidence to bake beautiful loaves at home.


What You’ll Learn: Guided by our expert tutors, you’ll explore the core techniques of bread making, including mixing, kneading, shaping, proofing, and baking. Over the course of the day, you’ll make a variety of breads such as:
