Built around the realities of chalet life and cooking for others, the course gives you the skills, structure and confidence to cook well, stay organised and host with ease. From early morning breakfasts to relaxed lunches and evening service, you will learn how to cook, plan and manage a kitchen in a way that works in real working environments.
Alongside delicous, crowd pleasing food, we focus on the practical side of professional cooking and hosting. Time management, budgeting, working in shared kitchens and cooking for groups are all key parts of the week so you feel confident stepping into a ski season role, private hosting work or small scale catering.
