What to Expect on the Day

You will start with tea, coffee and light refreshments, followed by a guided cooking session led by one of our friendly tutors. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients from local East Lothian producers, your team will prepare a delicious two course meal in small groups or pairs.

No experience is needed and everything is hands on. Once the cooking is complete, you will sit down together and enjoy the meal you have created. It is a great way to wrap up the experience with some relaxed conversation and a shared sense of achievement.
