What to Expect on the Day

You will start with tea, coffee and light refreshments, followed by a guided cooking session led by Richard and Sophia. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients from local East Lothian producers, your team will prepare a delicious meal together. ​

No experience is needed, everything is hands on and creative. Once the cooking is complete, guests can together and enjoy the meal you have made together and even order a drink or two from the bar.
