Our longer cookery courses are designed for those who want to go beyond a single class and build real confidence in the kitchen.

Set in our restored 450 year old steading in East Lothian, just 18 minutes from Edinburgh, these courses give you the time, space and guidance to properly develop your cooking. Over several days, you will spend time in our open kitchen, cooking together and learning in a setting that feels calm, spacious and removed from the pace of everyday life.
