About the week
Learn to prepare and enjoy local Roe Deer and East Lothian reared pork accompanied with seasonal, local vegetables. Build confidence around choosing and exploring local ingredients in this environmentally friendly, colourful class.
Timings for the class:
5.00pm – Welcome drinks and introduction
5.10pm – Run through of recipes and cooking techniques
5.30pm – Start cooking
8.00pm – Garnishing and plating
8.10pm – Dinner is served
9.00pm – Goodbyes
Everything you need will be provided for including aprons, cookery equipment, recipes and ingredients. Please let us know prior to booking if you have an allergy or dietary requirement as this class may not be suitable.
