In this immersive hands-on class, you'll work with some of the best local produce and ingredients, learning how to create exquisite dishes that embody the field-to-fork philosophy. A few things to expect: Local Sustainable Roe Deer Venison, Foraged Elderflower Panna Cotta and the freshest, vibrant East Lothian salad, that showcases some of the counties best ingredients!
