Join us for a hands on class celebrating the very best of East Lothian’s field to fork cooking.
In this seasonal class, you’ll create beautiful dishes: a vibrant seasonal salad showcasing East Lothian produce, green herb crusted rack of lamb served with local potatoes and seasonal vegetables, and a foraged elderflower panna cotta. You will learn how to make the most of exceptional ingredients grown, reared and gathered around us, turning them into generous dishes full of flavour, colour and a real sense of place.
This is a relaxed, inspiring class for anyone who loves seasonal cooking, local produce and gathering around the table.
