Whether you’re preparing to leave home for university, heading off for a ski season, interested in private cheffing, considering a career in hospitality, or simply want to become a brilliant cook and confident host, this immersive five day course is designed to give you practical skills you’ll use for life.
Over the week, you’ll build strong foundations in the kitchen while learning how to plan menus, prepare ahead, work efficiently and confidently bring several dishes together at once. You’ll cook a wide range of food, developing skills and techniques that you can use again and again rather than simply following recipes.
