Using both East Lothian reared beef and free range chickens, learn how to make the ultimate American style feast. The class will also include a healthier twist on classic sides such as homemade mayonnaise, bbq sauce, potato wedges and a delicious coleslaw.

About the week

Book for the day of join for a week of cooking around the world. These classes are suitable for 9 - 15 year olds and the food made in the class will be served for their lunch.

This class will focus on kids building confidence and creativity whilst having a great time. The participants will learn to make an array of dishes using seasonal, local produce.

We will send you a detailed email a week before the class to ensure you know exactly what to bring and expect.
