Valentines Sharing: Couples Cookery

Bring a loved one and cosy up by our log burning stove in this special, couples cookery class. During this session you will use local East Lothian produce to create a delicious three course feast to indulge in together whilst learning a few culinary top tips.

Valentines menu:

Starter Homemade tear and share bread with Scottish Cheese and charcuterie

Main Course Pan fried duck breast with a berry sauce, roast carrots and Hasselback potatoes

Dessert Chocolate fondant with raspberry coulis and vanilla ice-cream

Timings for the class:

10.00am – Welcome drinks and introduction

10.10am – Run through of recipes and cooking techniques

10.30am – Start cooking

13.00pm – Garnishing and plating

13.10pm – Lunch is served

14.00pm – Goodbyes

Everything you need will be provided for including aprons, cookery equipment, recipes, and ingredients. Please let us know prior to booking if you have an allergy or dietary requirement as this class may not be suitable.
