CLASS INFORMATION
Join us for a hands on class inspired by the bold, vibrant flavours of Bengali cooking.
In this class, you’ll make a Bengali beef bhuna, slowly cooked until rich, glossy and full of spice. You’ll also prepare curried mustard fish, wrapped and steamed in banana leaves for a fragrant, delicate finish.
You’ll then make chat masala potato and chickpea stuffed puchkas, crisp shells filled with warmly spiced potatoes and chickpeas.
The meal will be served with a few Indian classics made by the Yarrow Cookery School team, before everyone gathers around the table to enjoy the feast together.
This class is suitable for ages 14+, provided they attend with an accompanying adult who has also booked a ticket.
