CLASS INFORMATION
We will guide you through every stage of making soft, pillowy bao buns, from mixing and shaping the dough to proofing, steaming and filling. Once everything is ready, you will sit down together to enjoy your freshly made bao as a relaxed, shared lunch.
This is a hands on, sociable class designed to build confidence and enjoyment, whether you are new to bao or keen to refine your technique.
