CLASS INFORMATION
This much loved class is a feast for the senses. Now renamed Eastern Mediterranean Feasts, it remains the same Ottolenghi inspired experience that guests return to again and again. Expect bold flavours, striking colours, and dishes that capture the joy of summer dining. Throughout the day we take inspiration from Ottolenghi and our other favourite chefs of this exciting region, building generous platters full of vegetables, herbs, spices and vibrant drizzles. You will work with fresh flatbreads, creamy labnehs, vibrant salads, charred vegetables and bold, flavour packed dressings. We recipe test hundreds of dishes so that you do not have to, bringing you combinations that work beautifully together and are a joy to cook at home. It is food that looks as beautiful on the table as it tastes, and you will leave with the confidence to recreate it at home.
