CLASS INFORMATION
This much loved class is a feast for the senses. Now renamed Eastern Mediterranean Feasts, it remains the same Ottolenghi inspired experience that guests return to again and again. Expect bold flavours, striking colours, and dishes that capture the joy of summer dining. Throughout the day we take inspiration from Ottolenghi and our other favourite chefs of this exciting region, building generous platters full of: stuffed aubergines served with a warming curry and coconut dal, roasted tomatoes with our Yarrow favourite feta and Yester yoghurt salad, and Persian spatchcocked chicken with pickled pink onions.
The Experience
You will cook in our light filled kitchen alongside others in a relaxed and sociable setting, before sitting down together to enjoy a long, leisurely lunch.
