CLASS INFORMATION

Join us for a hands on evening class inspired by the bold, fragrant cooking of Kerala and southern India.

In this class, you’ll learn how to make Kerala fish curry, known as Meen Curry, with its warming spices and beautifully balanced flavour. You’ll also learn how to cook dosas and prepare a Kerala potato masala to serve alongside them.

The dishes will be served with a few Indian classics made by the Yarrow Cookery School team, including a cooling cucumber yoghurt dip with coconut.

Expect a relaxed, generous evening of spice, flavour and hands on cooking, ending with everyone gathering around the table to enjoy the meal together.
