Journey to the spice-rich coast of southern India in this immersive evening class, where you’ll discover the distinctive flavours and cooking traditions of Kerala. Known as the “land of spices,” Kerala cuisine celebrates coconut, curry leaves, fresh seafood, and aromatic spice blends, all prepared in a lighter, fragrant style.
Over the course of the evening, you’ll cook and share a spread of dishes inspired by the region — such as Meen Moilee (Kerala fish curry in coconut milk with turmeric and curry leaves) and Appam (lacy fermented pancakes) — alongside other vibrant accompaniments.
