Known as the “land of spices,” Kerala cuisine celebrates coconut, curry leaves, fresh seafood, and aromatic spice blends, all prepared in a lighter, fragrant style.
Over the course of the evening, you’ll cook and share a spread of dishes inspired by the region — such as Meen Moilee (Kerala fish curry in coconut milk with turmeric and curry leaves) and Appam (lacy fermented pancakes) — alongside other vibrant accompaniments.
