CLASS INFORMATION
Throughout the class you will cook a variety of dishes designed to be served as a shared table, with plenty of choice and lots of elements you can mix and match at home. Expect vibrant salsas, punchy marinades, tacos with all the trimmings, big crunch, and those finishing touches that make everything sing.
At the heart of the experience are tacos made the authentic way using Mexican corn flour. Corn tacos are naturally gluten free, and you will learn how to cook with them confidently so you can recreate the experience at home. You will explore a range of classic fillings, including richly marinated pork al pastor with its signature balance of spice, sweetness, and acidity, alongside fresh, vibrant fish tacos with crisp textures and bright toppings.
