Join us for a hands on evening celebrating the vibrant flavours of South East Asia.
In this class, you’ll explore the balance of sweet, sour, salty and spicy that makes the region’s cooking so exciting. You’ll learn how to work with fresh herbs, aromatics, spices and sauces to build bright, generous dishes full of flavour.
Together, you’ll make Vietnamese pho and chicken satay to start, followed by prawn pad Thai as the main course. To finish, you’ll enjoy mango sticky rice, made by the Yarrow Cookery School team.
Expect a lively, relaxed evening of cooking, sharing and gathering around the table, with drinks available from our on site bar.
