Japanese Sushi Favourites

A fun, relaxed evening of sushi making, guided by Richard, where you really cannot go wrong. No previous experience is needed, just a willingness to get stuck in, cook together and enjoy plenty of great food.

Rather than focusing on precision alone, this class is all about building confidence, enjoying the process and learning by doing. Once everything is ready, you will sit down as a group to enjoy a generous shared meal of what you have made.
