Tequila and Tacos

Welcome to our 3-hour Tequila and Taco class, where you'll immerse yourself in the vibrant world of Mexican cuisine and enjoy unlimited tequila! This evening event offers a fun and educational experience, perfect for a great night out or a unique date night. Here's what's in store:

• Crafting Tacos from Scratch: Guided by Richard, you'll learn to make three different types of tacos: fish, chicken and vegetarian. We'll start by preparing the traditional tacos themselves and then the fillings, using a mix of fresh ingredients and traditional Mexican spices to create mouthwatering flavors. 
• Making Guacamole and Spicy Mexican Salsa: No taco is complete without the perfect toppings. Learn to make the best mexican gaucamole and we'll also guide you through creating a spicy salsa that you can adjust to your taste buds! 
• Unlimited Tequila Shots: To add an extra layer of fun to the evening, enjoy unlimited tequila shots from our on-site bar. If you're in the mood for something else, you can also buy any drink of your choice from our exquisite cocktail menu. Our bartenders will be on hand to help you find the perfect drink, whether it's a classic cocktail, a refreshing mocktail, or a glass of fine wine. Get ready for a memorable night with plenty of tequila to keep the party going.
• Interactive and Social Atmosphere: Throughout the class, you'll have the opportunity to interact with other participants, share tips, and soak in the lively ambiance. As you cook, sip, and socialize, you'll gain insights into Mexican culinary traditions and have a fantastic time with fellow food lovers.
• Enjoy Your Creations: At the end of the class, gather around our communal dining table to enjoy the tacos, guacamole, and salsa you've made. It's the perfect way to cap off the evening, sharing delicious food and great conversation.

Disabled access: There is full disabled access and a wheelchair friednly cookery station, please let us know when booking if you require this for your experience.  

Location: Nestled in a stunning 400 year old steading, the school is just a few minutes walk from Longniddry train station. We have a free car park and EV chargers onsite. 

What to bring: We provide everything you need for the class, including aprons. You may prefer to wear comfortable shoes. 

Allergies: Due to the nature of the cookery school and the rotation of a wide range of cuisiens we can not accomadate any allergies. We can accomodate intolorances and dislikes - please let us know upon booking.
